Partnerships Lead
New York
Evervault is a data security & compliance infrastructure company. We help engineering teams build powerful and flexible product experiences using their most sensitive payment data, while keeping their data secure and compliant with the most rigorous standards.
Our mission is to make world-class data security effortless and pervasive. Our customers range from small startups building their first product to the largest financial institutions in the world.
Building secure, compliant infrastructure requires deep product understanding and a strong grasp of the business and operational drivers that shape modern software companies. Our customers rely on us to be a trusted partner - not just on matters of security, but also on how that security infrastructure ties into their business operations.
About this role
We're hiring our first Partnerships Lead to build and own the partnerships function from the ground up. We tripled ARR this year and are targeting another 3x next year—partnerships will be a primary growth lever as we scale into new markets and customer segments.
This is a greenfield role. No inherited playbook or legacy baggage. You'll define the strategy, then execute it: identify high-value partner targets, negotiate terms, activate relationships, and measure what drives revenue.
This role reports to our Head of Sales and works closely with our Founder, Shane Curran, to align partnership motions with broader commercial strategy. You'll have cross-functional influence across Sales, Product Engineering, and Marketing. Your decisions shape how we scale distribution and accelerate deal velocity.
This role has real autonomy. You're expected to operate independently, make judgment calls without consensus, and iterate fast.
