Events & Community Manager
London / New York
Evervault is a payment infrastructure platform designed by developers, for developers. We unlock the strategic potential of card payment data—enabling teams to craft unique, powerful product experiences while meeting the most demanding security and compliance standards.
Our mission is to make world-class data security effortless and pervasive. Our platform powers businesses at every stage, from small startups to enterprise fintechs. With investment from Sequoia, Index Ventures, Ribbit Capital, and Kleiner Perkins, we're scaling at 3X revenue growth year-over-year. There's never been a better time to join us as we build the future of payment infrastructure.
About the role
We're hiring our first Events & Community Manager to build and scale our in-person marketing and community function from the ground up.
We've already seen strong results from event sponsorships—particularly roundtables and hosted meetings at payment-focused tradeshows. Now we're ready to double down on what's working and expand into small-scale executive events, targeted meetups, and community-driven initiatives.
This is a hybrid role that blends event marketing with community building. You'll own all of our in-person marketing—whether it's for brand awareness, pipeline generation, or community engagement. You’ll be creative, scrappy, and experimental in your approach, constantly testing new formats and channels to drive engagement.
You'll need the aptitude to speak credibly about our technical product—whether that's at an event, facilitating a roundtable, or engaging with product managers and developers in community spaces.
While this is a hands-on role, you won't be doing this alone. You'll have strong support from our GTM team—including Growth channels for promotion, collaboration with Product Marketing on messaging and content, and Sales leadership buy-in to ensure events translate into real pipeline opportunities.
You'll report to Charlotte Clutson (Growth Lead) and work closely with Daniel Sinek (Demand Gen Manager), Gad Mimran (Product Marketing Lead), Brody Klapko (Content Marketing Manager), and Hunter Pawloff (Head of Sales).
What you'll do
- Own all in-person marketing across the UK, Ireland, and the US—including event sponsorships, executive roundtables, targeted meetups, customer education sessions, and community activations
- Build and nurture community touchpoints that create ongoing online engagement beyond one-off events
- Enable the Sales team with strategic pre-event outbound messaging and structured post-event follow-up sequences
- Drive target account engagement by partnering closely with Sales to identify and activate high-value opportunities
- Manage the events and community budget and establish clear KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure impact across brand, new business pipeline, and customer engagement
- Experiment with new formats and channels—from intimate dinners to technical workshops to online community spaces—and optimize based on what drives results
