Product Growth (Strategy & Ops)

London, Dublin, Remote

Evervault is a data security & compliance infrastructure company. We help engineering teams find and secure their most sensitive data, and comply with data security & privacy compliance frameworks.

Our mission is to make world-class data security effortless. Our customers range from small startups building their first product to the largest financial & healthcare institutions in the world.

About this role

You don’t necessarily need prior experience in growth, marketing, or even business - but you should be excited to learn a tremendous amount about it. You’ll have real responsibility over a chunk of the business and will learn about marketing, product, sales, and finance. This is a perfect role for a future/former founder and anyone who loves building and getting things done. You should apply if you want to quickly accelerate your learning and have a front seat to the growth of the business.

What excites you

  • Whatever it takes to build top of funnel and grow revenue for the product.
  • Manage and test campaigns across a variety of channels (email, ads, {insert your idea}), working closely with design and engineering teams to ensure high quality output.
  • Product-manage (and often get your hands dirty) growth engineering and marketing operations to automate outbound tactics so the team can iterate campaigns quickly.
  • Analyze data to understand what’s working and what’s not - from reading through replies to writing SQL and hopping into Excel.
  • Work tirelessly to deeply understand, and pattern match, customer needs and problems – turning learnings into actionable insights for TOF campaigns

What excites us

  • 1-3 years of experience doing both quantitative and qualitative work in a fast-paced environment, like founding or doing product/growth/engineering at a tech startup, i-banking, or consulting.
  • Interest in becoming world-class at building a business. You don’t need to have worked in growth before, but you should be excited to learn rapidly via challenging projects.
  • Product mindset. Manual processes bother you, and you have a track record of automating them.
  • Scrappy and analytical. You can write scripts and analyze data, and you’ll enjoy testing out new tools and data sources. Strong affinity for using quantitative analysis (numbers, data, patterns) to drive decision making.
  • Structured problem-solver. You naturally write clearly because you think clearly.
  • Self-starter approach, willing to take responsibility and own projects. Particularly resourceful, and can evaluate when to ask for help vs. tackle solo.
  • Strong affinity for using quantitative analysis (numbers, data, patterns) to drive decision making.
  • Ability to think outside the box and be creative, specifically when it comes to the customer, and finding an effective mix of audience, message, channel.

Nice to have

  • Experience in (or affinity for) security and/or software engineering, spend your free time on developer forums, get excited by hacker news, and are motivated by learning how things work.
  • Experience or familiarity with payments, B2B SaaS, or data security.
